They lied, did not honor the deal they proposed did not do all the services I asked for (twice they ignored my TPS issue) they put two different brand tires when I was promised they would be the same. Alignment felt worst when I left than when I brought it in. Every time I called about my car after it was late. It wassupposed to be ready at noon. I spoke with someone else with a different story! Brought car at 8 am wasn't don't till 6pm. I spent almost $1000 on 4 tires after 2 months one front tire is getting bald on the inside. This is a repair 99% of shop will cover but after the way I was treated. Im sure there gonna try to stil me withl an over priced bill. Cutting my looses and never going back.

Do not bring your car to the Discount Tire on Log Cabin Drive, especially if you have a vehicle with expensive or low-profile wheels. I originally came in with a flat back right tire on my 2024 Tesla Model Y Performance. They inspected the car and told me I needed to replace both rear tires because they had severely low tread on the inside and were non-repairable. I agreed to the service. During the installation, their technician cracked my back left rim. Instead of taking accountability, the manager, Brandon F., tried to claim the damage was pre-existing. However, there are obvious, fresh metal scrape marks right next to the crack from their tire mounting machine. Furthermore, the manager openly admitted they never performed a pre-inspection of my wheels before taking the car into the bay. If the wheel was already cracked and bent like they tried to claim afterward, they never should have been working on it or trying to seat a bead in the first place. To make matters worse, they completely refused to file a formal property damage claim. Instead, to just get me out of their bay, they put a cheap, mismatched 18-inch wheel and budget tire on my performance AWD vehicle, and had the au

Store was super busy. I had an appointment but waited few extra minutes as they helped customers in line. Some customers were clearly having a 'bad tire' day however the staff did a great job of helping others and me in a courteous and timely manner. Work completed and omw in 60 minutes.

I could not be happier with the service that I received yesterday. The tire pressure sensors had gone bad in my truck so I ordered new sensors. After the sensors arrived Toyota quoted me over $500 to have them program and installed. My wife and I are both in college and doing our best to pay our bills so that really wasn’t an option. However we live in a camper and I have to have the tire pressure sensors for towing purposes. I did a little research and found out the discount tire would be able to program and install my Toyota OEM sensors. I gave them a call and set up an appointment for yesterday at 12:15. I was running late so I gave them a call and told them that I had over an hour drive to get to them and then I would be late. Without hesitation, they told me that that was no problem and they would make sure to work me in once I arrived. Upon arrival, I was met by helpful staff who is eager to help me. The manager there was extremely nice and all of his staff was working very diligently to help out another customer who had an issue. My truck was fixed and ready to go in less than 30 minutes and I only paid 80 bucks. Because of this discount tire has one my business from here on
